 In our Reiki Healing sessions, I work with your body's seven main chakras and meridian pathways to restore balance and harmony. I act as a conduit for Reiki energy, with the intention of connecting you to your inner guidance and promoting a harmonious flow of life force . Many afflictions disappear after one Reiki treatment, yet is very common to see many improvements after multiple sessions. It takes years to build up energy that disrupts our Ki (energy).

 My Cord Cutting approach is designed to free you from draining emotional attachments. Together, we'll identify and release the unseen ties that may be hindering your emotional freedom, allowing you to reclaim your personal power and move forward with greater independence. Cord cutting helps to free you from draining or unhealthy emotional dynamics. It clears away emotional obstructions that are limiting you consciously or unconsciously. I help you catalyze this healing process, removing cords. 

 During Aura Cleansing, I help you cleanse your energetic field of lower vibrations, aligning you with your higher self. This purification process is about shedding the spiritual noise and restoring a clear, vibrant energy around you. Cleansing the Aura helps to adjust the psychic body back into harmonious alignment.

Energy channeling to help adjust the chakras back into balance with one another. When our chakras are balanced we are capable of healing emotionally and physically. I use tuning forks that vibrate at a frequency that resonates with each energy center. This careful attunement supports your emotional and physical healing, helping you to feel centered and whole.

 A profound cleansing ritual that I facilitate to help clear energetic blockages.  Drawing from ancient shamanic wisdom, I guide the session to foster a deep energetic release and spiritual rejuvenation. A clearing is experienced  as a non intrusive energy healing, an energetic purge, or a boost in vitality. I draw upon the helping spirits with the removal. I evoke a receptive state that enables access to information or assistance from the spirits, to guide the session.

 In our sessions, we identify and challenge limiting beliefs that constrain your potential. Through targeted hypnotherapy, we work to replace these beliefs with empowering affirmations, setting the stage for you to reach your highest self. We work to remove the old limiting messages and beliefs in your sub-conscious mind. Limiting beliefs are thoughts that get in the way of us reaching our human potential. 

Initial sessions are approximately 2 hours. Follow up sessions vary between 1-2 hours depending on individuals needs. 

Each session is highly individualized to facilitate a positive transformation.
